Bobby Gordon
Bobby worked at his family’s business during high school alongside his father and other family members in Hobbs, New Mexico. After graduating from Hobbs High School in 1976 he moved his family to Alaska. In 1977 he began working on the installation of the refrigeration equipment at the new Safeway store in Fairbanks, Alaska, and continued installing Safeway stores across the state. Bobby opened Arctic Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Inc. in 1990 he had one service truck then and has grown to the largest locally owned and operated commercial refrigeration company in the state of Alaska. Bobby has been heavily involved with the development, management, installation, and servicing of some of the smallest projects to many of the largest projects completed throughout the state. Bobby continues to build a team of highly experienced management and technicians that meets and exceeds customers’ expectations.
Burt Napierala
Burt moved from Colorado to Alaska in 2006 and joined Arctic Refrigeration as a journeyman. Took a leave of absence for a few years and returned in 2012 as a Service Manager. As the Vice President of ARAC, he works with customers to maintain a working relationship and meet each customer’s needs.
Duke Brandt
In 2009 Duke entered HVAC/ Sheetmetal Apprentice in Oregon. Upon completion of the program worked for a Mechanical Contractor as a Journey Tech and Team Lead. In 2017 moved to Alaska and began working at Arctic Refrigeration as VP of Service and coordinating Arctic Refrigeration Services Team, and working with customers and their needs.
Tony Losey
In 2006 Tony joined Arctic Refrigeration Apprentice Program and completed the program in 2010 as a certified refrigeration journeyman. In 2012 Tony become a foreman for Arctic Refrigeration running new construction and remodels across the state. In 2018 became VP of Construction, working with customers to plan and facilitate projects.
Kimi
With over 30 years of experience, Kimi brings a wealth of knowledge and commitment to Arctic Refrigeration & Air Conditioning. Kimi joined ARAC in 2016 as the lead accountant, handling accounts Receivable, Payables, and Payroll. She shares her knowledge and experience with the entire Accounting Team at ARAC.
Walter
He started with Arctic Refrigeration & Air Conditioning in 2008, bringing with him 30 years of experience in the Sales and Financial industry. Walter works with each client to find the best refrigeration solution to their equipment needs. He handles New equipment estimates: new equipment sales and repairs estimate. Walter’s vast knowledge enables him to work with customers located all over the state to find the best equipment for the job.
Suzanna
She joined Arctic Refrigeration as Lead Dispatcher in 2017. Ensures each customer call is taken and assigned to a Service Technician, due to health reasons, needed to take a leave of absence and was able to return to ARAC in 2020. Upon her return to ARAC runs the dispatch desk and handles warranty parts management and returns.
